Welcome to Sugar Valley Pomeranians. My name is Jane and I am glad you stopped by. I am a small hobby breeder located in East Central Missouri. I strive to produce quality Pomeranians for wonderful little companions or show prospects. I adhere strictly to the breed standard and also breed for health and temperment. All dogs/puppies live in our house with us as our pets and are very well socialized. My life completely revolves around my Pomeranians and I feel blessed to have them in my life. We occasionally have puppies and/or adults available to the right homes.
I have always had a love for the Pomeranian breed. I first had rescue poms as my pets. When I lost them, I decided I wanted to get more involved with the breed and purchased my first "correct" Pom. I haven't looked back since. I have always enjoyed being a stay at home mom to my three children. With them now being teenagers, I have more time available to dedicate to something else that is very important to me and that I can put my heart into. I am very excited about my breeding program and look forward to seeing where it may lead.
I would like to give special thanks to my mentors, Bridget McDonald of Iddy Bidy Pomeranians and Darlene Pruden of Pruden's Poms. I would have never had the courage to get involved in this endeavor without all of their shared knowledge and their friendship. I would also like to thank my husband, Travis, for his love, support, and all of his help. I couldn't do this without him. Last, but not least, thanks to my "Pom" friends. None of this would be quite as fun or rewarding without having you to share it all with.
